Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@rideoutstorm.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The Item and Proof of Purchase, and mail your return it to the address that will be given to you.

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Also, a prepaid label will be provided for defective or damaged products.


Damaged Products 

Damaged items must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery. If a damaged item is used and later requested for return, the return will not be accepted, and the warranty policy will apply. If a return is approved for a used item, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

 

Restocking Fees

Please understand that we ONLY sell brand new scooters not used, so we are forced to charge restocking fees for used and opened packaging to recover some of our loss from your return. Below the list of the restocking fees that apply on returns.

If you receive a used or damaged item.

No restocking fee. The seller pays for the return shipping fee.

If you refuse delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.

No restocking fee. The seller pays for return shipping but can file a claim with the carrier or insurance company if they purchased insurance.

If you return an item you received materially different from what you ordered.

No restocking fee. 

If you change your mind about a purchase or cancel your order 24hrs after placing their order. 

Yes. Up to 20% of the item's price.

If you change your mind about a purchase and return or refuse an item in the original condition within or outside the return window

Yes. Up to 25% of the item's price.

If you change your mind about a purchase after you already received it and return an item within the return window in a used condition.

Yes. No less than 50% of the item’s price based on the item’s conditions..

If you change your mind about a purchase and return an item within the return window but we receive the item in a damaged or different condition from how it was originally shipped to you.

Yes. Up to 50% of the item's price.
